1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By deploying infrastructure on HodorCloud, you enter into a binding agreement to maintain the integrity of the network. We provide the fortress; you provide the sentinel.

2. THE FORTRESS TIER MANDATE

Clients opting for 'Fortress Tier' data protection acknowledge that administrative access is restricted to hardware-bound authentication tokens. Loss of these tokens results in immutable data lockout, consistent with our security architecture.

3. PROHIBITED USES

The network may not be used for malicious exploitation, unauthorized penetration testing, or any activity that undermines the structural resilience of HodorCloud nodes.
